On August 29,2023 I had a scheduled appointment at 8:45am (confirmation #
[protected]) in which I arrived on time to. Upon arrival I gave the technician my paperwork my company gives us every year to complete our employee wellness. The technician said she could not except my paperwork. This has happened 2 years in a row, and I have to drive to this location on my time. All the other locations accept our paperwork, and these other locations say that this location 1745 University Ave, riverside, CA,92507 should be accepting this paperwork also. The customer service is very unsatisfactory. This also happened to my boss, but they accepted her paperwork but not before the associate lectured her. I will attach a copy of our paperwork that we have been using with LabCorp and I have used for the last 7 years.
Desired outcome: Accountability.
