On July 27, 2022 I placed an order for chicked then noticed it was the wrong location [#10496 Rohnert Park CA at about 1:30 PM] for $16.36. I immediately call that location and was told they could not cancel the order. I also checked the app and could not find a way to cancel. I sent an email from the app and the responase was a canned response and did not mention a refund.
I then ordered from the Popeyes near me [#3611 Vallejo CA] for $15.20 [same order at aboutg 1:52 PM] and picked it at 2 PM.
Popeyes could not tell me or have a way to cancel an order. [even for the wrong location 40 miles away].
I requested a refund for $16.36 and have not received any response.
But still going to Popeyes because they have great chicken.
