Been a frequent customer with a good standing account and have gotten lately negative and unlawful service. I am disabled with anxiety/P.T. Stress. D. and all the while with my communications with staff, especially management have let them know of such. Last visit I went to negotiate a higher gift card than what was offered, do a little shopping while there and to see if assistant manager Nathan followed up on what he stated to me about himself contacting corporate for a higher store credit than what he offered of $50.00 and being I spent $120.00 before I left that same day after speaking with him... Assistant manager Nathan came out from back as I waited patiently out of the way and greeted him then asked about him checking with corporate as we discussed, another woman (later recognized as Site Manager: Wendy) was on the side who rudely interrupted and became down right belligerent when I called her honey/sweetheart unknowingly and with no disrespect intended (upon exiting I said such a few times as my condition was agitated)... Also, myself being not her employee but a good paying customer, she then stated slander remarks on that I was in all the cashier's faces and hostile when at this time she was all along scolding me. She had two thug type or bouncer men with regular clothes nothing of store logo telling me to get off the property, I even made a call to local law myself about the biases and their hostile behavior while in the store, I was told it was civil and when off the property deputies gave me an "unsigned" notice that I could not go on property ran my I.D. and told me the notice to stay off property is good for a year and we chatted a bit and they seemed more curious than the staff was at the department store, I was further told I most likely would get cited if I returned to property. On a previous visit I made a return on shelf items (decided to hang a box planter and plants that I customized instead of shelf) and waited patiently again and tried to make comments to get clerks attention as excuse me I need assistance, I was ignored then another man came to the line on side of me where they called him to the counter for service, he let me go ahead and then the clerks hesitantly waived me up. Time before that I was told to go to line 14 in the back of the store, way back of the store, that I don't think existed by a clerk who had his light on and helping customers, he even evaded me as I tried to get his name for I could speak with his superiors, all the time snickering and laughing, I stated he was lucky I didn't call the local law... I was finally helped by another clerk as I waited in her line. Assistant Manager Nathan apologized and said retraining was necessary of staff and wrote to me of such with $50.00 gift card offer that I thought was low-balling me and been attempting to negotiate a higher rate.

I have an account with this company and usually am on time with payments and purchased many items in the past. I was near the facility and heard inaaporiapite comments about customers and even reference to Una bomber, this shocked me as this establishment is known for being creditable. I have a condition of Anxiety/P.T. Stress. D. and this type of service is appauling, I attend courts and have other known government assistance of such. To negate gossip/rumors/slander/defamation>public records in USA and my background to allied leaders most of contractual laws in such records. I also in past have been given lack of service or ignored as well and as in such cases have had a roof over my head and usually dressed neat.

On that site that I was legally protest and be able to be at by their superiors of that site: Pacific Union Railroads and for citation case I already won and now put into Civil suit with supporting documents filed in both courts.

2.) Robert T. Matsui United States Courthouse, 501 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814 - USA - > Case # 217-cv-2365 MCE KJN PS with the entire state supported by World leaders and other like authorities with that of my background with others negative background as Celestina Martinez with fraud or with his negative past and supporting documents filed in case, even National Security in my behalf with federal statutes and U.N. laws. >Even retain private contract recognized. Dennis Kane - SR- that is mentioned in the report and abusive to kids/women, on a NCRIC listing, SacSheriff report # [protected], X-Reference # 661678.  > Other members of family also, on NCRIC listing (Terrorist type of listing to my knowledge), placed on such listing by me.
Denied court date but gained recognition of credentials and statement of court no having jurisdiction in the matter... Have similar case in another court that is still open. Can still open at a later date.

Even kept breaking already made agreements and putting me in harm's way and agitating my condition, by scolding me when I was reminding of such breach in agreements and staff was to be notified and trained. This was a site to get a 1 day retreat when needed if in a situation to regroup and relax from as my condition of strain from stress or panic disorder.

Kane - JR - (Michael) also on formal reports as  formal>SacPD Rep. # [protected] and others as NCRIC >will add defamation/Perjury  made and the case being dropped and the court not even recognizing his/there claim. Still can gain a civil suit for slander as well. I have a recognized contract in other courts.

D./Panic/Anxiety condition and at time recovering from a fractured foot, the criminal plead "No Contest" (Guilty) and after my statement to court was given a CPO-Criminal Protective Order and agreed to pay me financially as well, he also has a violent criminal history as well on record (X-Reference # 5169536) and even charged on other separate crimes with to that he may also do time at a State Ward or like and then time after deemed okay to in jail/prison (even jail time still - that he would get meds). > (Also, on a NCRIC Listing). The Verdict is Incompetence... Committed to State Ward!
