Upon my arrival to KFC my order was Rush I was given little time to place the order what order was played it was all screwed up by the time I got home and realize which is a fax 15 minutes away to the location she had given me. When my receipt pacifically says two mashed potatoes and one mac and cheese I received 1 mac and cheese 1 coleslaw when I ordered to mac and cheese and no coleslaw States clearly on my receipt so I called talk to manager or shift leader named Selena and she was rude to advise me to bring all my food back and give me a refund as if that was the only solution to me that was very bad customer service he did not acknowledge the fact they screwed up and that I had children at home who couldn't eat coleslaw and also gas to get there so we have time wasted an inconvenience I do not appreciate spending $45 on anything with that kind of service the manager also refused to give me her name I had to drive there I'd get her name at that point she gave me a full refund but I am not satisfied with a full refund my children were hungry I gave back the food
Desired outcome: That the whole shift be addressed about the situation because with that kind of customer service there will be no customers and they have no remorse or consideration and I doubt if that's how k f c runs business
