Recently purchased a 2021 Rav 4 Prime, the whole deal was rushed and when I called multiple times to ask questions about the finance/lease I was given the total run around. A manager named, Sammy was supposed to call me but the finance person, Percy gave me a work number to call and it ended up being the Car wash area? They took my Subaru crosstrek as a trade in, which had thule racks on it that had to be removed which they did not even help or offer tools for us to do it, my husband cut his hand getting them off. I asked Thomas seely the salesperson for a copy of the agreed upon lease payments and he sent me a completely different form - that my husband and I never saw when signing, he also added a $1495 alarm fee that was never talked about. I called the very next day and asked if I could Please return the car and just get my Subaru back and the answer was a flat out NO. Thomas & Percy told me that I could use a 220V to charge the car, but when I went to ask the parts dept. about a converter or hose to do so, the equipment does NOT exist and he told me to go to Tesla and buy my own hose to charge. I felt VERY misinformed and lied to repeatedly and pretty much tossed around to different people. Thomas also said he would be able to charge $5k on a credit card towards the car so I would get points and he forgot to do so, when I called from home he said it was too late. I am VERY sad that we were treated this way and am now looking into legal action/lawyer The BBB has a lot of negative reviews on this dealership that I will be adding too! I just want my old car back, during the signing I even said that I'd like to just go home for a day and think about the $67k car and Percy told me it was too late... I felt forced and definitely NOT listened to at all.
Desired outcome: get my old car back and give this Rav Prime back to them
