On 11/14 I spoke to the pharmacist - Karl (not sure about the last name - may be Cheng) about my med refills. He asked how much Nortriptyline I was taking, I answered 35 mg-0 1 pill of 10 mg and 1 pill of 25 mg. I also added that I will be picking it up and would like both dosages be ready. He said ok and wanted to hung up, but I also asked about Ubrelvy and Eletriptan refills that I'd like to pick up everything at the same time. He said ok and hung up. On 11/17 I was the first person at CVS Pharmacy 233 Winston Dr San Francisco, Karl was taking to me and he said that only 10 mg Nortriptyline is ready, 25 mg is too soon to refill and Ubrelvy and Eletriptan are not ready as well. I answered that last time I picked 25 mg was August and it not too soon, it is exactly the time for the refill as I need both pills at the same time. I wanted to pick them up, so he said they will need to process my request and told me to wait.
When I asked him why were the refills not ready yet when on the phone we agreed that will be ready for pick up at the same time he dismissed my question and told me to wait.
I wasn't feeling very well, that waiting for 25 min wasn't comfortable. Finally he remembered about me and told a worker (Adam I think) to give me pills, the worker was sarcastic with me and not nice as I said I wasn't feeling well because of the long wait.
I have no way to know why my refills are not ready as they were sent by my DR to be ticket up. In the app there was no opportunity to check out refills for Ubrelvy and Eletriptan. I anticipated they be ready as per our verbal agreement. I would like to know the reason of what happened and ask that the staff be less rude and sarcastic. Please provide explanation on how to know of the exact days my drugs are ready for pick up if I have no way to do so in the app.
Thank you!
