CVS - Pharmacy procedures and attitude issue

Greetings, I am contacting you on a personal and I think legitimate issue that has been going on for long time. I am a cancer patient under the care of a oncologist at St. Joseph Oncology Center, Dr. Wesley Lee is his name as a matter of record. My issue is about staff at this site who treat me like a criminal and at times make me feel like I'm a less than human entity disturbing them when I approach them with complete respect and dignity that all individuals deserve. I am on a monitored pain medication (Hydrocodone-Acetamin 10-325 MG. 30 day supply) My doctor sends a script every 30 days and a request for refill sometimes 7-10 days before I'm completely out and I am completely aware of the laws and guidelines of this prescription, I'm aware that you can't refill until the due date and that the laws are very specific. My problem lies with how the pharmacy tech or person whom I talk with uses the website or not in counting and giving mixed information to me the client and having me contact and how the technician/pharmacist act like I'm intruding and make me feel like I'm a criminal in how the rules are for this substance. I agree and appreciate that fact and being safe with this is always my goal in using this pain management substance. CVS has a wonderful website and a very clear way of contacting clients with updates and information, so to streamline getting any necessary prescriptions. My problem is being told several different dates and times and having mixed communications with staff making me feel very insignificant and that the web site and there contact with it is unclear of what is being told and what one is reading and having several calls to clarify one or the other. I have no problem with the rules and guidelines of any controlled substance but I do have a issue when I have to call and clarify multiple times and dealing with a overworked or untrained staff member that don't manage the count or the use of your website in a professional manner. I would love a call from a person of authority who can give a good explanation of what the use of this particular website is for there staff members.

Thank you for your time
Respectfully
