I'm a senior with back problems can't stand for long.
Just came from doctor with RX turned it in and Xochi told gentleman who waited on me it would be an hour.
I told her my problem. She didn't care. I sat there for awhile then tried to talk to her but she was rude. Then she said she was going to try to do it in 30 minutes. She never told me until I confronted her.
I then told him to give me back my RX and I would never use them again.
The other CVS will take your RX and let you wait.
Everyone else is very nice there. She has NO business being manager.
Margo is great as well as other pharmacist (can't remember her name) she should be manager, she cares about people
Desired outcome: replace Xochi as manager with other pharmacist.
