At the N. Academy location in Colorado Springs on 10/28/2021. I pulled into one of the curbside pickup spots because I was sick (not covid) and I didn't have a mask. Another truck pulled in at the same time as me in a different spot. I checked in and got a message someone would be out in 3 minutes. After 5 minutes I got a message that it is taking longer than expected but someone would be out. The other truck and I sat there for over 20 minutes. In the meantime, another car had pulled into one of the other spots. I finally got out of my car and went into the store. The store was not busy and there were multiple employees milling around. I picked up my purchase and asked for the manager. A young kid, looked like he was maybe still in high school came out. I told him what happened. All he said was "I'm sorry, it was my fault." I asked how something like this could happen. He just said it was his fault. Not acceptable! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I went back outside there were a total of 4 cars sitting in the curbside pickup slots.
Desired outcome: I would like an explanation of why this happened. I would like to see your store managers being of a more responsible character and age.
