Went through the drive through today at the Popeyes off if Green Valley Ranch blvd and Tower rd in Denver Colorado.
Attempted to order a gallon of fruit juice and was told it wasn't available. The machine was broken. This is the 3rd or 4th time within the past 6 months of going to this Popeyes that something I wanted to order wasn't available. either something is discontinued, but available next time I go the the location or a machine does not work.
When got to the window I requested an additional red beans and rice be added to my order. the attended advised she didn't know how to do an order change. I requested a seperate order and advised I would pay in cash for the additional item. the attended and two others refused make this addition to my order or simply do a seperate order for a single item. and advised to come through the drive through again. they didn't know how to do an additional order in the computer. the manager was not availble to speak with me. I would include the cashiers name and time but a receipt was not included with the order once I got home. it was today April 27th at around 12:30 PM.
My order was for $6.06. my order would have been for $16 or $17 had I been able to order the items I wanted.
This has never been an issue at any drive though I've ever been to. the attened actually told me "I should have known what I wanted when I ordered"
food sales must not be important at this store.
Desired outcome: Increase your standard of customer service, fix equipment, have advertised prododucts available
