Super 8

I am currently staying in Kremmling colorado at the super 8. The first night here, 7/12/17, the room was filthy-carpet not vaccumed, ice bin filled with pine needles and hair, toilet seat dirty, and smoke alarm missing from obvious place it was supposed to be. I stayed another night 7/13/17 since there where no other rooms in town and I spoke with the manager about the messy room, she promised me a better room tonight. I showed up this evening and checked into my new room, instead of being handed a card they gave me a padlock key. Though that was weird then I got to my room #107 and the door was locked using a slide bolt lock with a padlock, the door had been obviously kicked in and repaired with 1/4inch paneling, the door knob was missing entirely. Once going inside the room there is no way of locking the door or even a way to open the door easily to get out. Also someone could lock me in my room using the slid bolt lock. The lady at the front desk said if I did get locked in I could just go out the window! Also they said they would fix it tomorrow with no offer for an alternate room. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I am here with the forest service tied to the wildland fires in the area and I am receiving a discounted government rate so I'm hoping this isn't why I got put in such a cruddy room. This room should not be rented out... no one should be charged even $1 for this room. Thanks for your time.
