FedEx - Overnight shipping

on Wednesday afternoon an envelope was overnighted from Idaho falls to Denver. due at 430 pm

I have spoke with 23 customer service representatives. I've been told it's (1) out for delivery, (2) salt lake city, ut (3) manifest destiny California, (4) Memphis, tennesse

when it arrived in Denver a day late Friday at 430pm the customer service department told me if I placed it on a hold I could receive the package in Louisville co at fed ex distribution hub at 9am

I arrive this morning Saturday at 9am.. they tell me 11am.

I call customer service and they tell me Monday..

I walk back into fed ex to verify with a person if that info was correct and the employee starts yelling at me, getting all puffy, and pulling his mask down in an attempt to intimidate me.

I have called Louisville co PD to report this incident with agressive employee ...

I still have not been given any info on why it's been sitting in DIA for excess of 15 hours.

lost, don't understand how a company can act this way, it's absolutely appalling that it would require 20+ phone calls and speaking to excess of 25 fed ex employees to not have any more info on a time sensitive package that No one has been staright forward about...

by the time the envelope gets to me it will have traveled in excess of 2700 miles ... further than LA (Pacific) to Wilmington (Atlantic) to go the necessary 550miles.

the lack of customer support is overwhelming.

HELP!

Desired outcome: need my package, Thursday 430... I can't even get a straight answer aside from the employee yelling and refusing to even look up my package... he lost his composure cause I requested he look up my package OUTRAGEOUS

Ditto, ditto ditto. This is my second delivery that shipped to Hagerstown, MD (1.5 hrs west). That sat there a day and a half, then left for Martinsburg, WV (over 2 hrs west). Deja vue all over again. The last time, after Hagerstown and Martinsburg, it then went to Allentown, PA (2 hrs north). Then W Chester, PA (45 min NE). And finally arrived 4 days after original ETA. Oh... did I forget to mention a package my wife ordered? Flopped at the end of our driveway at dusk. Too lazy to walk up the drive and putt it in the covered portico. It was raining.!~!~! Go UPS instead.
