Food quality - half cooked, dripping with oil, cold, many items I was told were unavailable at the time
Orders - the last two years I have not had one order been correct, missing items or incorrect items
Service - I have had to wait 5 to 15 minutes to place/pickup order while staff was busy talking to each other about everything other than kfc business - dates, school, teachers and talking about other students, don't answer telephone.
This has gone on for the last 2 or 3 years at several locations in the hartford area of ct. I have complained numerous times; but it's only gotten worse. I normally spent $75 to $100, twice a month, as did my two sons (who spent twice what I did to feed visiting friends), no longer living at home. We've all crossed kfc off our take-out list and have taken our business elsewhere. I used to travel over 45 minutes one way, just to get kfc, no longer.
Desired outcome: SIGNIFICENT IMPROVEMENT
