After having symptoms I wanted to test in order to not only protect my family, but also notify employees and co workers. I went online unable to get a rapid appointment but I was able to get a PCR test appointment at the same location. The same location offers both tests. I am still baffled at why the choice can't be made at the CVS location. The CVS was empty of customers. Your employees were dismissive, uncompassionate, and disinterested. Both test are available at this location so if I have an appointment I should be able to get either test of my choosing. I did arrive 45 minutes early and was asked to wait. I waited for 45 minutes again with no customers going to either staging area, yet employees were at both locations because I was made to check in at one location first, pushed to an outside are, and then told to go back to the first window.
I would like a response for your company as to the handling of this situation.
