Walgreens - Store experience

Every time I have visited the Main Street location in Manchester CT there has been a dog in there. It’s not a support or seeing eye dog, no special collar or vest; just small dogs walking on a leash or in its owners arms. It’s not the same dog, but a different one every time. I don’t understand why dogs are being allowed in the store. Last time the dog was barking at everyone that walked by. It was extremely alarming and anxiety inducing. Not only is it dangerous and inappropriate but also extremely unsanitary, especially when they pee on the floor. This kind of behavior is extremely appalling. I have been bit by dogs in the past for just walking past them and am very allergic to them as well. It is a drugstore not a doggy daycare. I’m wondering if I should be finding myself a new pharmacy.

Walgreens - Pharmacy ineptitude

Incident Date Between: July 20th 2021- July 24th 2021
First off, my doctor prescribed a pneumonia vaccine for me, due to the issue that it always seemed to be unavailable when I went to get it, or called to schedule it. So before actually going to the pharmacy, I called to confirm that it was available, which I was told that it was. When I went to receive the vaccine, first I was told it would be a five hundred dollar co-pay, which I questioned, come to find out the prescription was inputted into the system as a whole box of vaccine instead of one shot. after finally resolving that problem, I still wasn't able to get vaccinated, because supposedly my doctor prescribed a one milliliter dose instead of a half a milliliter dose. Had to return home, and call doctor's office to resolve the problem, and was told that the issue was resolved hours ago, and that there shouldn't have been a problem. I wasn't able to return until a few days later, and when I did, I was repeatedly asked questions over, and over again. Finally I was told to take a seat, and wait to be given the vaccine. Now after waiting for over a half an hour, I was told they wouldn't give me the vaccine, because they were unsure which one to give me. So once again I had to return home, and call my doctor's office to resolve the issue, which shouldn't have been an issue because my doctor ordered the vaccine I was suppose to receive. They once again call the pharmacy, only to be told that the vaccine was already given to me, which it wasn't, so I called the pharmacy, talked the pharmacist in charge, and he told me the confusion, was a result of them giving my prescription to someone else, and that if I came back tomorrow, they would have everything straightened out, and I would be able to get the vaccine. Well, I went back, and again I was told I couldn't receive the vaccine, due to them having to find out what happened first. He said he didn't want to lose his license. So after going down to the pharmacy three times, wasting my gas, my time, I still have not received the vaccine, I find this to be unacceptable, I realize things happen, but this just too much. This completely unacceptable.
