Printed Christmas cards. They did not come out the same as pictured online. Spoke with Manager John. He was zero help when coming to a solution. He basically was like oh well- Pick different pictures…
Making this card took time, driving to pick up this card took time and now emailing him and calling them to try to get this fixed took time & now I have to drive back to the location to get my money back & I still have no Christmas cards.
John lacked empathy to the fact that the cards Did not come out the same as pictured online and basically said that’s what you’re going to get when you order from them.
I have Ordered our Christmas cards from Walgreens for almost 10 years now, plus additional photo items.
Very dissatisfied with the product & even more with the customer service.
Desired outcome: Cards to be picked up & I be refunded.

It is indeed disappointing to have invested one’s time and energy in making something only for it not to meet one’s expectations. For what seems like no reason, there was a lack of satisfaction on the Walgreens customer service’s side, making the entire situation much worse. This clearly contradicts the notion that you are a longtime customer. Perhaps it is a good idea to contact their head office – the corporate customer service department – so they could take another look at your case, in the event that the local manager was not helpful. There seems to be a principle of justice of refunding you as well as compensating the time you spent.
