I called in 2 refills, 1 for Alprazolam and one for zolpidem on 7/7/23. I went to pick them up on the 7th and was told they never received any from my PCP Dr. Doherty. I sent in a refill request through MYCHART the next day at work. The PCP office let me know they were sent. long story short I work with the Dr. who Rx'd the medication, I watched him send it through my chart. on Friday 7/21/23 before I left work I checked both EPIC as an employee and the I check MyChart as a patient they both indicated that it was sent to Pharmacy. I get to the pharmacy and they tell me once again it's not in. EVERYONR behind the counter was laughing. I then called my Dr. on his cell phone and he assured me that is was sent in on the 10th but he was nice enough to send it again while i was in the store. I waited 20 mins and they said it wasn't there. So I ended up calling it Walgreens 6 mins later and I was able to pick it up. I was very upset. I had been without my prescriptions for over two weeks and started having withdrawl symptoms. This is very serious. Now Im wondering how many other people they've done this too. Im scared to get my meds from CVS now because if someone (the Pharmacy team) is hold a grudge how can I be sure they're giving me my correct medication. i and diabetic and have High BP and I take my meds regularly but how can I be sure its actually what my Dr. ordered. they basically called my Dr a liar when I was on the phine with him at the counter. I also took pics of Epic saying it was senton the 10th and mychart pics saying the same
