The prescription phone service menu does not recognize my birthdate, or fulfill the prescription monthly auto renew (which I constantly sign up for) forcing me to wait on line to speak with a pharmacist every month. When I spoke with the pharmacist I was told to "call corporate it", with no guidance as to how to do so. You can and should do better than this, people.
Desired outcome: Fix the system to recognize my birthdate and also actually perform the auto renew function. You may reach me as indicated in my profile.
