I bought the sectional about a year and a half ago. The material came all twisted, stapled crooked leaving open gap. I was then told they make their own furniture and if I wasn't happy they would have someone repair it. Weeks later a man came fixed some things but had to order mater that took some more weeks to get delivery to my home then he returned to to the rest of the repairs. About 6 months ago the soda started making noises, squeaking. The wood is giving way section by section. Ever time you sit you can hear it. We are a smaller family. The largest person is 200 and the smallest 70 pounds. We reported the issue. The had a third party come to inside. The fellow agreed there were issues while he was in my home. The company reported he told them we need new cushions. Cushions don't make noise. My husband argued the the store rep who requested pictures. Tell me how you send pictures of noises? Really. So, today after about two weeks of no word I hear back. I sent an email Monday saying I did not want repair, I did not want cushions, I want a new sofa. I am being held hostage. Weeks go by before the completely follow up. Then a month before they can schedule someone to come out. I paid for the product and the service. Today's email the rep Jillian informed me she will send someone out next Saturday and it will be the last time. What? I am reporting this to everyone. I bought a policy and you won't honor it? That's illegal now.
