Did not receive my furniture on time. Tried calling several numbers only to get an automated response with no option to talk to a human. Went to the store and was offered 80% off an accessory. After 2 weeks I finally received my order. Delivery person put most of the trash in my can and left trash in my driveway and sidewalk. Had to take time off work to get delivered. So I lost pay.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my delivery fee and compensation for having to take off work.

Horrible experience! Furniture was not delivered on time. Store manager admitted it was on their end do to system issue. Offered a store credit. Paid a huge delivery fee but was not offered a refund for that. Finally got my Furniture today. Used my trash can and left trash in my driveway and side walk. Can't get a human on the phone.
