On June 3,2023 @ 8pm I went to drive thru I ordered a 10 piece chicken. They asked mild or spicy. I said spicy. They said they could only do half and half. When I asked why they said bc they got a new fryer (explain how they makes any sense) This is not the first time they’ve been out of chicken. On another occasion I had to wait 10 min for them to make more (this is a fast food place, a CHICKEN place) there should be chicken available at all times. Another occasion they gave me 4 pieces not 5 and I didn’t realize until I got home to eat. Also this evening I asked for a large soda and they only had medium cups. This is unacceptable and I’m tired of this same outcome.
