View all 1823 complaintsWalgreens - I paid for items but did not get a receipt. I complained about that.
I asked upon paying for my items why a receipt was not given to me. I was told that I had elected for an electronic receipt. I stated that was not true. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the store is doing this electronically for everyone.
I am annoyed. If I am stopped leaving the store, I have no proof of payment. I want someone to contact me right away. I plan on also notifying the police dept.
