During my ordering at the drive thru window today one person that was handling my order was so nice and respectful when I changed the order a little well someone else answered me and was just so rude and nasty it was like a switch had been turned on in popeyes. We love the location and food but if we have to put up with nasty behind customer service we will just stop going to store #11856 in millsboro, de. I have heard of others complaints and they did not report incidents but this is my third time of having a rule and ugly person wait on me. So I will not be returning and I spend atleast $10 or more everytime I buy food there, not more. Your people really need to send management from undercover boss and let them see how they perform their duties, so disrespectful.

Complaining of customer service at your location #11856 address 30261 Commerce Drive, Millsboro, DE 19966. This is the third time me and my husband have dealt with rude and nasty service at your drive thru window, even if we change our order a little your employees still should should show a little courtesy and not be yelling and nasty. We always spend $10 or more at your drive thru but this has happened several times and we will be taking our service elsewhere. First girl that handled my order was so sweet and respectful and when i ask could I changed something well this loud mouth person came on and my goodness, yelling and just rude.
