On, September 30, 2023 approximately 10:00 am at the kirkwood Highway located in Delaware. I, schedule appointment for bath and haircut for my cat Shabazz.. At, this point the check in process has been completed I was told by the cat groomer it will be a 4 hour wait to complete the grooming. I, asked for a manager this person was a lead I inform the lead Ithat wasn't explain to me that was very disappointing. I, requested a store manager which Marissa stated she is the manager. Both cat groomer declined services for my pet stated they don't like my demeanor demanded me to leave in a aggressive manner very unprofessional without an explanation. As, well contacted state police to be dispatch at the store to intimdate me.
