I have been waiting for my prescription from tuesday. I was notified that it was out of stock. The order for unknown reason was submitted on wednesday after I called to follow up my prescription. I called today and was notified by steven that it still out of stock and didn't know anything because he was a pharmacist. I asked for a manager. No manager. The issue is the medication is needed when you are sick not in a week after
Desired outcome: To put the priority to get the medication ASAP
CVS - Pharmacy not having medication needed
CVS store #2818 in Boca Raton consistently does not have medication available. Many times I have tried to renew medication only to be told they are out of stock. I tried to refill medication on 1/2/20 and it took four days before they had the stock needed. I tried today to order two medications and again I was told they are out of stock. Although I have complained to CVS Headquarters, they actually got angry at me for complaining about this ongoing problem.

I'm pretty fed up with the poor customer service that I receive from CVS when it comes to prescriptions. This has happened to me in the past more than once and I let it ride. After this occasion I've had enough. I ordered a prescription through the CVS app on the 21st and they acknowledge that it would be ready on the 26th. Then I order another refill on the 24th and received another email notice that it to would be ready at 2 PM on the 26th as well. I receive an email today on the 26th that another script was ready for pickup that I did request or acknowledge. So I drive to the pharmacy and was told that neither of the two that I received emails on for pickup on the 26th are available. the refill ran out on one and needed a new script. The other was now out of stock. (Then why email may me to say it will be ready at 2 PM? The script that I did not request for pickup was ready but it was over $93.00 for the prescription. I advise the young lady that I have a $5 co-pay on this item. That CVS speciality pharmacy no long distributes the medicine and I had to set up my acount with my local pharmacy. I did that, gave them all the info on my Rapatha Copay Pay card and I was told I was good to go. Well apparently not, I was told at the pharmacy that they did not have any information on the account. I was livid! I hate wasting my time when I'm told that items are ready for pick up when clearly they are not. Something needs to be done about these erroneous emails being sent. Everyone that I have receive over the past few months are false. Some one needs to get their act together and fix the system. If items are not ready someone should be making a courtesy call to say what the issue is . Why should the customer go out of their way to drive to pharmacy to only find out that nothing is ready or information was not received. Now I can understand why CVS receives so many bad reviews. Step up your game CVS and take customer service serious or just continue on moving toward the path of going out of business.
