Walgreens - Pharmacy

I have been profiled and humiliated by a pharmacist in front of my daughter on November 23 approximately at 8:53 pm at 699 E HIGHWAY 50
Clermont, FL 34711. I came to fill my prescription that is a pain medication. I wanted to use my Good RX coupon. The pharmacist first got very rude and refuse to use my Good RX coupon. There was an older gentleman behind the counter he laughed and shook his head. We wanted an explanation. I mention that I want to call corporate. They said that there is no one at corporate this time of night. There was a back and forth going on. She said a pharmacist can refuse the coupons and refuse to fill the prescription. There was a lot of back and forth going, Mentioning that there is "RED FLAG", whatever she meant by that. I wanted a further explanation. The pharmacist finally got on the phone with someone. She came back and said she will allow it this time. I was not satisfied and wanted an explanation. I wanted to know what "RED FLAG" meant. She said she will explain. She said that cash payment people go to "PILL DOCTORS" I was confused and asked what a pill doctor was. She then explained about doctors who just write a bunch of prescriptions to people who do not need them. That confused me even more. I asked her if my doctor is a pill doctor then. She immediately said NO NO absolutely not he is a resectable doctor in the community. Now I am even further confused. I asked if I am being ed flag and why. She said that no I am not being red-flagged. She said that they red flag people because they can overdose then the pharmacist, will be responsible. I am a 53-year-old woman I had failed back surgeries and SI joint fusion. I get drug tested by my doctor. I do not use drugs or consume alcohol I do not smoke tobacco either. I get an epidural and injection to relieve the pain. There are days I can not even get out of bed. I can not do the usual housework. This pharmacist had no right to treat me like that. Is this the way your company treats customers? I would like to know how you will resolve this issue. Is this the treatment I will get every time I go in? If they profiled me again for no valid reason, I will take this issue to an attorney. Neither my doctor nor I have done anything wrong for me to be denied medication or to use a Good RX coupon. You can not profile people just because they are self-pay because they can not afford insurance at the time and not working relying on family members to help out financially. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I would like to have assurance never to be humiliate or be treat in this manner or to be profiles again.
