I purchased 5000 in appliances from this store and was asked by the employee if I wanted them in the morning or afternoon. I selected the morning 4 hour window. I even confirmed with the employee that they would be delivered during that time frame other wise I would change the delivery date, they confirmed the delivery time. The day before delivery they now can't deliver them at the time I wanted them then decided to put my order on hold so now there is no delivery date...after two weeks without a refrigerator I am beyond pissed. They canceled my order but have not refunded my money. The last time this happen if October of last year, it took me 3 complaints with the CFPB and 90 days later to get my money. I have now laid out 10, 000 for two sets of appliances. I ordered them from Best Buy who can deliver when promised but, still no refund from Home Depot! There associate in the store told me that it was my problem since it was a contracted vendor. Does this idiot understand what a contract is? It's time for America to give these big box stores a wake up call and stop accepting bad customer service. This woman is done with these stores and will shop with the little guys..screw Home Depot, let them start closing stores because people stop shopping there. My 10, 000 might not be much to them but, when they keep, loosing customers that amount adds up!
