I purchased this vehicle in Oct of 2020.
Had it's first oil change in Dec of 2020.
Late Jan early Feb(2021) time frame I had the vehicle towed back for an engine shut down. They looked it over and said there was no oil in the vehicle at all. They found no leaks, or any other reason for the oil to be gone.
Told me I would a new engine and would take a couple of weeks.
I have been in a rental ever since.
This is now April 2021 and new engine is not expected to be in until later this month. I personally am tired of waiting and something needs to e done now.
I am looking at the lemon laws now for this. A new engine may not work. How many others are out there waiting?
My vehicle is now residing at Citrus/Jenkins Kia in Crystal River, Fl.
Is there anything you all can do to speed this process up? With no movement I am sure my new tires have probably dry rotted as well.
Desired outcome: Either new vehicle or fix the one sitting.
