Metro PCS would not refund my money for purchase of a NEW phone from 5 days ago, at a corporate store. They are the worst phone company and you can see since T-Mobile bought out Metro. The manager at this store refused to return my money after customer service informed the corporate store manager to refund my money. Horrible service. Recommend to go elsewhere
