I am writing you because of an incident at your Popeye's chicken restaurant on Sept 20th, 2021. I am a delivery driver and I received an order pickup from Popeye's chicken at 7050 west commercial blvd, Oakland Park, Florida. I pulled up to the speaker and requested that I pick the order up at the window because of my physical disabilities. The manager (Amelia) instructed me to pull up to the window, then instructed to pull up to the door to wait for the order. 20 mins go by I pulled back to the window to ask for the order, an employee name Lisa (that's the name she gave me) mumbled some words to me then said to me sarcastically, you can cancel the order and slammed the door in my face. She had no right to say those things to me when the manager instructed me to pull up by the door and wait for the order. Is this how you treat those who are disabled and just looking for a little assistant in getting the customer's order. Eventually I went in to get the order and the order was just sitting there on the counter. I asked to speak to a manager and when I saw it was Amelia, the manager that first instructed to wait at the door for the order. So, I stated I will contact a general manager, I was offered to speak to them, but the customer was waiting for there is food which was already late. I do understand that all online orders to be picked up inside, I was asking for a little help and was turned away. As a customer and delivery driver, I was apalled by the actions and words of these employees, with no compassion and professionalism. I hope that this issues will be resolved, and pushed up under the rug, this is a problem and can be a big problem
