My doctors office sent over a refill by fax twice on my Modafinil and called a verbal in each time I was told it was not received. I called yesterday and the lady I spoke with said she would check the fax when she came back to the phone she said it was on the fax machine she did not know why it had been over looked and would have it ready in 2 hours. When I went there at 5 pm I would told that one did not have a refill. I ask to speak with the Supervisor on duty he informed me that she misinformed me there was no fax which no one bother to call me and let me know anything until I went there. I advised him that was not what I was told and that the doctors office had faxed it over twice and had did a verbal so someone had to have seen the script. I would upset and I told him I was tired of always having issues with this drug store I had a problem before but it was resolved and have not had a problem for over a year now. This morning I called my doctors office again and told them what happen she said she would fax it yet again. So I called and ask to speak with a supervisor and it happen to be the same one from last night I ask to speak to another one he said there was an other one. So I told him I was the lady from last night and I had called the doctors office and told them what he was claiming had happened she was faxing yet another one to open his eyes and watch for the fax. Later my doctors office called me and advised that he told them I would no longer be able to get my meds filled there I would have to go somewhere else due to what happen last night. I have a right to get my meds filled where I want to have them filled and as a supervisor If he can't handle a client being upset because they did not do there job right then he needs more training or put in another position.

Desired outcome: He needs to be talked to about how he handles clients if he is going to be a manager I did nothing to be told I can't get my meds filled there anymore.
