On Sun Oct 23 1:28pm my husband and I went to our local Popeyes, there was no chicken left at all, and we were told would take 15 mins to get any but only 5 if we wanted chicken nuggets, so we ordered a 12 pc nugget meal, after approx. 10 mins of waiting my husband went to the counter and asked why it was taking so long, he waited another 10 mins (total of 25 mins) only to be told they forgot to put them on and instead offered us chicken breasts which just happen to be done, we took them because we were now hungry and would still have to wait longer to get the nuggets since they forgot to cook them. I also ordered a Mac and Cheese which when I opened it was dried out and looked old. My photo shows how dried out it was, I could not even eat it. other people were told they ran out of fries and had to wait. this place was poorly managed, to say the least. When they first opened up a few years ago, it was the same poor management, this was our first visit back in a long time as we hoped it got better, but it only got worse. to run out of all of your product at 1:00 25 in the afternoon is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: you need better management and a better staff, as for us, we will no longer be patrons of your store, which is a shame because your chicken is actually pretty good.
