I only signed up for free 90 day service how ever with out the credit card information I couldn't sign up. I have never used this service but I realized that the company has withdrawn 147 every month from my credit card for over 6 months. this is disgusting that they trap you in to a contract. I called to request a refund and the agent said they are not able to refund , they would consider refunding only the last month. I feel ROBBED ! specially when you are struggling financially.

its $1050 Canadian not US .

Going through something similar. They were supposed to update my cover photo 2 months ago. they never corresponded with me with the changes they made. 2 months later here comes another charge for $300.00 US! I asked, work with me here. just give me the credits of what I have paid for prior to this charge since I told them 2 months ago I wanted to fix the book, and cancel. They gave me 2 months credit. OK plenty enough time to update the front cover. Did not update the front cover at all.
