I just wanted to start out with Thank for such a great car I loved Bella! She had 192, 000 miles. Brought me from everywhere! I crashed it when my front end lost control after multiple attempts to fix it at my current dealership! Bella was perfect to me thank you for making such a great! Very safe had all the features I loved! My it car! I paid Bella off with my first job out of college, took me from state to star with my dog! But due to a move I was forced to switch dealerships when I moved to Florida at Kia West on West Colonial Dr in Orlando FL from Route KIA automobile in Swansea Ma where I bought the car. Kia in Mass was perfect their customer service and satisfaction convenience and overall support has been amazing! Although my experience in Florida has been a nightmare! I've taken my car back to Swansea multiple times just to even review the break down of my bill! Which they've been but supportive to sit down and review! I've been complaining to the dealership in Florida multiple times about the front end issues I was having with Bella. That there where sounds coming from her right! I was driving a lot but replacing a lot a lot of tires! At one point I was told I had flat spots I must leave my car sitting. With 192, k miles in all due respect I drive. My last experience was in November but before that October and the prior. With poor service all day just to be squeezed. My car not ready on time, to price descrencies it's been a constant battle just trying to maintain my vehicle! This last time I just replaced my tires in October did a bunch on stuff I continued to pay for a diagnostic issue on. I knew I had front end work I kept explaining to them something is rubbing. They said it was nothing. When I crashed my car I had been calling and complaining my car was making. Rubbing noise and I had a bubble on my front tire it sound like my car was wobbling. All I was told was we'll try to squeeze you in and had no appointments. That weekend on Jan 20th my car swirived right and hydroplaned left into a comente guard three times m. But I wanted at least say thank you for a great reliable car! I just thank God I was safe. I am extremely sad I had to let go of Bella just the feeling of my KIA and the overall brand! Please reward for Route AutoMall KIA for such a great car and service! I wish KIA West in Florida didn't just treat me like I didn't know anything! My KIA was great to me though all 192 of her ! To 7 long happy years with Bella!
