I went to Walmart, Lynn Haven, FL an eye exam. No change in vision. This was on Feb. 12, 2022 approximately 1045 AM. Three agents were working the in the Vision Center. One chatted about various things with another customer for 20 to 30 minutes, tv shows, shopping, other assorted things that had NOTHING to do with getting contacts, glasses or anything else associated with Vision Center. I needed a replacement magnetic protective section for my riding glasses that I purchased from the Vision Ctr. last year. One young lady attempt to help but could not understand how to read the book. I found the EXACT set of riding glasses on the shelf and showed the young lady. She still did not understand how to find them. The young lady, spoke to the co-worker that had been chit-chatting for now well over 30 minutes. The young lady told me to wait for the chatty co-worker to be done. I waited about 10 additional minutes and the chatty co-worker was finally done chatting, checked out the lady and then looked at the line of people that had formed and said NEXT. I then let her know that I WAS NEXT and had been waiting for over 45 minutes. She tells me to leave my information and she will get back to me. She said it would take some time to research. I showed her my glasses and the ones on the stores shelf and said it should not be that hard and I was not leaving since I had already driven there to get my eyes examined and the replacement portion of my glasses. She finally finds the part, supposedly, and tells me it will be about $10.00. I tell her fine and will take two and please make sure it is the right one that I am looking for. She takes my name and tells me about a week to get it in. I call on 02/22/22 to check the status since I got NO CALL, in ten (10) days. This call was around 3 PM CST. The lady, named LINDA, never requested my name and told me that had placed the order for my item and that they did not know when they would ship out to the local store. Linda told me they were placed on order 02/10/22. I did not catch this until after the call and thought how funny is was I only told the person I was looking for my replacement part and she NEVER ask for my name. Linda said she could not provide me with any tracking data and that I would just have to WAIT to be called. Pretty sure at this point LINDA LIED and was probably the same person that was so CHATTY... Would like to file a complaint against the person that allegedly ordered part. Do you record inside the stores, truly hope so and if so would request you watch the footage for that specific day around the time in question. Please advise how to check the status of my part for my glasses that I purchased at the same Walmart Vision Center. A very upset customer due to extremely poor customer service.
Desired outcome: Would like to know HOW to find out the status of the piece I ordered for my riding glasses.

Simpsonville SC Walmart Vision Center
REFUSED to give me a copy of my eye exam. Manager stated that the records belong to the vision center. Also stated that the doctor that did my exam does not work there anymore. Said the prescription is expired as of Feb 2022. Let me point out that I PAID FOR THE INFORMATION and it is not theirs to keep secret. Nor should it be used to force customers into another eye exam. Just as with any medical records, the patient has a right to get a copy of the records. The employees need to provide this to the patients without exception. MY MEDICAL RECORDS (they offered to share it with another doctor's office). SO they're saying they can share it with someone other than the patient-but the patient has no right to the records.
COMPLETELY FALSE INFORMATION from an opinionated ignorant manager at the vision center.
Taking my business elsewhere. AND THEY STILL OWE ME MY MEDICAL RECORD!
