Since October 2022 I left my watch for service and to change the watch band for another color as a gift for someone important to me. The person at the time that attended me let me know the watch band had to be ordered. To this day I haven’t heard from the store to let me know if the band has been ordered. I visited the store two more times throughout the passing months to see the eta of the watch band and I always received the same run around that they have the band on order or some other excuse.
On April 22, 2023 I decided to go to the store and see what’s the hold up on my watch and why I haven’t been contacted at all for so long. The person who attended me told me to wait because it must be by appointment. I left my name and phone number and waited for a call back. After waiting 4 hours I didn’t receive any call even though they told me I was going to receive one within 1 hour. I headed back to the store to find out why I hadn’t been called. All they let me know is that “they’re busy”. I noticed people were being attended without appointment. After being treated poorly by the staff we had an argument with the people attending me, so they asked me to leave the store. Instead of getting help or any sort of answer, the manager just sat back and started recording. I was treated very poorly by the staff and disrespected. They didn’t care to help or let me know why it has taken more than 5 months to get my watch served and band replaced. I was treated horribly and had a very bad experience at that store location. I will not be recommending any of my family or close friends to this store. It’s a shame how bad customer service can ruin the reputation of a brand name like yours.
