I call 3 times at 10610 NW 19th St, Doral, FL 33172, United States. I was trying to ask a simple question. "What can I do with my fish if I want to change the aquarium that I bought 6 days ago because I did not like it?". The first time the gentlemen did not know how to answer the question and I kindly told him to pass the phone to the fish section employee, and he hung up on me. Then I call the second time and another employee answer the phone, and when I ask the question he rudely talking, starts to say that I cannot change the aquarium and I told him that it was untrue because I have 30 days to see if I like it or not. later he said that just put the fishes in a bucket or a supermarket bag. I was shocked, I told him to pass the phone to the manager and hung up on me. I call piss off for the 3rd time and the same guy answer and I told him to put the manager on the phone and it turns out that the manager was the one that hung up on me the first time. It all came together, I realize that it was expected that the second guy treats a customer like that if he sees the one who has to lead by example doing the same thing.
Desired outcome: Change the manager of that location or give him intense training in costumer service.
