I had place a photo order to pick up at this location and I received an e-mail this morning I received a message with this subject "your order 14984701320740 could not be processed". Unfortunately, the order was processed and the store printed the 4 wooden panels, and when I got there to pick it up, they didn't give it to me because I did not have the photographer's release with me. I had it at home and should they have called me before printing my wooden panels, I would've gladly taken it with me. I even showed my receipt that said that I purchased e-photos and yet they chose to throw the panels away because I could not return to that store. They should've called me before printing it so that I can take the release with me. Instead, they chose not to advise me that I needed the release prior to picking it up, and so they wasted perfectly good merchandise and it is now garbage. — Ana

Manager on duty at 10 am today 12/13/19 at Walgreens and 137th ave and Bird Rd allowed customers to skip the long line even as I explained that my father was just discharged after a year at a rehab and new medicine like insulin was past due, my father suffered a shock because of Walgreens manager who gave me a Merry Christmas and let me walk out to take my business elsewhere, my family suffered as well. I took my business elsewhere and received the highest standards of customer service understanding and assistance with meds, pharmaceutical as well as over the counter at CVS. Shame on the manager in Miami Fl off Bird Rd and 137th ave in Kendall by the Dennys. He should know that he almost killed a patient for Christmas.
