I would be on greatly appreciate somebody getting back to me. You can reach me at the email address on file. This was completely the worst I’ve ever had with CVS drive-through. This drive-through has been well known for taking excessively long times. But today they didn’t just take the icing on the cake Today they took the whole bakery. Waiting online on the drive-through for such a long period of time and then when I finally get to one car before the window, the guy in the black Mercedes had a ring the bell four times for someone to come no he was at the drive-through. You can check your security cameras at the store. I was already on the drive-through way before it was about to close. And for the fact that the old men pointed showing that there was another, call her and the employee or the pharmacist didn’t give a damn rats [censored] is what kills me the most. As soon as the car left, he hit Edel three I moved up because they already saw my car was in line. I honk the horn. I looked at them and I yelled through the window. They close the gate so fast and he ran away from the window so I couldn’t take a full picture. I was only able to take a picture of when they close the gate. Something needs to be done about this, because not only can CVS get into a major lawsuit and be reported to the Better Business Bureau, but they can also be held liable and responsible for people in getting their medication when they were all online waiting for it. Please reach out to me as soon as humanly possible, this has gone on long enough and today was the icing on the cake.
Desired outcome: RE TRAIN THEM FIRE THEM TEACH THEM RESPECT
