On Sept 9, 2021 my wife and my self went to the North Port Popeyes to have dinner. We decided to go into the store to order and eat.
We stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anybody to respond to take our order.
Finally the member at the drive through asked an asst manager to assist and he claimed he was too busy. After about 2 minutes more the same young girl from drive through came over and started to take our order and now the order screen don't work. The [censored] manager came over and tried to get it to work and said he could not and the manager was out back talking to someone the [censored] manager said the only thing I can do for you is for you to go through the drive through. At that time, there were about 9 cars in the drive through. And that line was at a stand still. We waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes more and went across the street to eat. This always happens at this store. I can go to Cape Coral and be waited on in less than 5 mins with no problems.
Desired outcome: give this store the same training as Cape Coral store
