Hello I am a doordash driver I came into Popeyes I told him I was picking up for a walker T the woman at the register proceeded to tell me to cancel that order because they didn’t have ghost pepper wings and I told her that I can’t cancel the entire order until I call the customer and ask them if they still want their other meal she said no very rudely that she wasn’t gonna make the meal at all. Then I told her that she was being very rude, and she started to argue with me and yell at me and entice me. I have video recording of her coming out the store to try to attack me as soon as I pulled the phone out she turned around and went back in the store , I truly believe this woman was going to attack me. I didn’t get her name but she did have a button up shirt that look like she was management. This needs to be handled and reported nobody like that should be working in an environment if they cannot control their anger today I felt concerned for my safety and I had to pull my phone out to record. My DoorDash was also canceled but I can’t go back there even if I get a DoorDash for there because I feel like that woman is going to attack me.
Desired outcome: Employee termination for being non-professional, and trying to attack me
