I spent $8000.00 in this store within 6 months of moving back from overseas with the military, bought a samsung frontloader washer and dryer, frigidaire stainless steel stove, overrange, dishwasher, doublewide frig, a 52'in flat screen t.v with stand and 2 pairs of 3D glasses, a microwave! That is alot of hard earn money to one store in less than 6 months time and with in 6 months of purchase I had to have the washer replaced, the dishwasher was draining all the water durning the rinse cylce between the 2 door panels and had to be replaced TWICE with a months time, my frig was damage due to the delivery guy not wanting to be bothered to take the doors off the frig so it would fit and tried 3 times to cram it through before i made him take the doors off, he used straps and not a dolly for a 28 in frig, no floor pads where placed to protect my real hardwood floors, and the guy scratched a gouged holes in my kitchen linoleum and shrugged his shoulders! Oh and it took 6 weeks for them to replace my washer that I only owed 4 months before it broke and had purchased the extended warr. for! Oh and I also was out the money I paid to go twice a week to the laundrymat to do a family of 4's laundry for 6 weeks! I heard that they have a new company doing their deliverys that is alot better. The only one who didnt give me a run around about trying to make things right is the manager Russ. I'm STILL waiting for my kitchen floor to be repaired from the damage they did putting in the kitchen appl.
