I visited the popeyes in Panama City, FL. The store hours are 10am to 10pm myself and another group of people waited till after 10am, which was OK, sometimes they are getting prepared to open. So the cashier finally opened and I went to the counter she asked what I wanted I had a coupon for a 2 piece meal I asked for the spicy chicken she said I know if we have any right now then she said you know we just opened, I thought to myself yes I was waiting till after 10 to get in. So she took my order and asked my first name, she prepared the group behind me and I was still waiting she said what are you standing her still I said I never received my meal she said you were with them, I said know my name is Jay not Justen party, she was put out that she sent my food out with them, the other group brought back my meal and she slid it over to me, I took it because I was putting this employee out and she's showing a lot of rudeness it's a shame customers are treated like this.
Desired outcome: I would hope Popeye Corp. Would talked to manger and maybe have some customer service training.

The customer service was among the worst I’ve ever saw, the minute we got there we was getting interrupted constantly and when we asked for part of the menu to be read because it was hard to see the had a attitude about it and even refused to read it and once the order was finally taken we made it to the window for them to shut the window in our faces and didn’t give us our food Highway 231 Popeyes is the name of the place if this is another customer reading this id highly recommend not to visit here for a family friendly meal

Popeyes - Wrong meal and terrible response from the nighttime manage nicole!!
I drove 3 miles one way to get a Popeyes meal at the Panama City Florida store at hwy 231 and East ave. I was given the wrong meal and drink. I called back and the manager Nicole gave me attitude like it was my fault. I drove back up to get a refund and she was not helpful at all. She said that she hit the wrong button and this is supposed to be my fault for not checking before I drove off. This is not the first time I have ordered and been given the wrong meal. There is no accountability for repeating the order to customers to make sure before driving off that the order is right. I will never eat at this Popeyes again or maybe any of them if this is the service I get. Terrible customer service!
Desired outcome: No positive outcome or appropriate response from the rude manager who took the order.
