I waited at line 2 and after seeing several cars placed orders on line 1 spoke thru the mic several times requesting someone to take my order after 10 mins waiting I decided to drive to the cashier window, explained the cashier who spoke to the person taking orders with the headset asking her if she spoke to me she said yes and that no one answered, THIS IS NOT TRUE, my wife was in the car also, no one spoke to me, the cashier then proceeded to take my order and told me to pull up and wait, after another 10 mins seeing at least 5 cars pulled up and got their orders I decide to walk inside. The order was still being processed, when I saw the cashier that took my order and explained it is now another 10 mins, she replied you don't have to worry it's fresh, instead of an apology for waiting 20 mins I got none, I never had an issue at this location before but I can see these people taking drive thru orders and the cashier, I have never seen before, they need to be taught how to deal with situations like this, I felt I probably not be going at this location anymore.
