Walgreens

I have a new problem with Walgreens. When the doctor sends the scripts electronically I always got an email and a text from Walgreens re the status of the meds. I got no messages after the doc called them in this week. So yesterday I called to see what was up. Too early they said. Since the doc sent it early, which I knew. I never showed up until the day they said in the email. Or they would say one is early, and the other they are out of. I asked them if they have both of them. They said Yes. Then this a.m. they sent a message saying the pills were ready. There was no mention of the scrip for the capsules. I tried to call them. Three times. Since I do not drive, and have to get a ride there, I need to know when they are ready. I got a ride there, anyway, to confront them. I am blind and have a guide dog. I am alone. I am supposed to get the two scripts on the same day. I finally got the truth (I believe). It turned out that they don't have enough of the capsules and they do not give out half prescriptions. I asked when they would have them. Maybe Monday was the answer. I did pick up the pills, so they can be filled next time on two Fridays from now. If I get the capsules Monday or Tuesday the dates will be different from the pills, this time 5 days difference, So I will have to go there every week. I know of no way of getting them back to the same date except skipping one or two pills every day to catch up with the capsules.

They also said they do not send any notices now until the scrip is ready for pick up. They acted like they had no idea about me coming there every two weeks. They had no idea they were to save some for me if they were low.

They said well if you have a paper script we can tell you where there are some. I have no paper scrips and I don't want them. The only way to get the script moved to a Walgreen's that has what I need, is the doctor would have to recall them in to a Walgreens that has them. I don't want him to have to do that.

I AM SO TIRED OF THE BULL THEY FEED ME, ALSO OF NOT KNOWING I SHOULD EXPECT NO NOTICES. THAT IS STUPID. I have been going there for 8 years now with a break when I moved. I am not doing anything wrong. You are not going anything wrong. Why do I have to still take their rudeness, and their looks at me that I am an addict trying to screw them. And the added inconvenience of having to get a ride there every week does not help a non driver.
