Doctor sent 4 scripts to 2077 commercial way, Spring Hill Fl store. I got 4 separate text telling me they were contacting my doctor for alternate medication. All 4 drugs are very common, on is Bystolic that doesn't have an alternate. Then I got a text telling me Rx ready. Went to store and one only was ready. Told other 3 needed to be requested to be filled. Back next day and told none were filled. Told insurance would not pay for less than 90 days. I can only get 30 day script until new doctor does blood work. Told them I can't wait because I was going out of town. Now I need to move the script to another town. No text when the script were held so that I could tell them I would pay without insurance. Wish I could continue to use my old pharmacy that was not a big corporation, unfortunately I had to move and my new company only does business with CVS. When I done here I will complain internally to my company. Perhaps FPL will listen and move to another pharmacy.
Desired outcome: I will not use this store again. This is the first time I wrote a complaint but not the first time the service was so bad.
