I signed up for Crunch Gym in Tampa Florida in The Summer of 2021. Not only was the sign up process extremely sketchy and pushy, they promised me amenities that were not a part of my membership package, were rude to me every time I interacted with them, and have continued to charge me after I canceled my membership in-person and moved. I have since followed-up with them on the phone and issued a formal complaint but they keep charging me monthly, and have said the only way to cancel my membership (which I already canceled) is to come back in-person, to a state I no longer reside in.
Desired outcome: Please refund me for the past three months and cancel my membership
Crunch Fitness - Personal trainer refund
I joined the Crunch Fitness 4055 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, South Tampa, FL 33611 in October 2021. I also enrolled in your personal trainer program at that time. I have enjoyed my time at Crunch, but I have bought a house in Ocala, Fl and the community has a gym. I will be using the things I learned during my personal training sessions at this gym.
I cancelled my membership and personal trainer in January 2022. I was told at that time I had 14 sessions left, so I asked if l could transfer sessions to someone else or get my money back. I was told no and I would have to use the sessions at a Crunch Fitness in Ocala. I researched to see if there was a Crunch Fitness in Ocala and there is none. I'm writing to you to please refund my money.

Crunch Fitness - Unethical behavior (I do not wish this complaint to be public for obvious reasons)
I would like the email or phone number to corporate. I just had an embarrassing experience at the South Tampa Gym. I have been coming here for about 2 yrs now... Never late payment, nothing.. I was embarrassed today. The blonde girl working today at the desk was rude to start wit, Ive never seen her before, and I went to tan and thought I pushed the lock on the door, turns out as soon as the tanning bed finished as I come out to change another member opened the door, and my naked body was exposed and I closed the door. The girl said that she was instructed by the blonde front desk girl to go in because the machine said it was ready... Literally seconds after it finished! Mind you these doors are facing the entire gym! I ALWAYS KNOCK EVEN IF I AM TOLD ITS READY JUST IN CASE, OUT OF LOGIC COURTESY! I FEEL INCREDIBLY EMBARRASSED. The girl knew I was in there... its common sense to WAIT until the customer leaves the actual tanning booth to assign it to someone else! I immediately left in pure embarrassment and didnt even catch her name.
I want to submit a complaint, I just have no words.
