On Sunday, June 5 at 3:41p, I visited the Popeyes at 2337 Green Street, Tampa, Fl 33607. I have frequented this location many times and have been met with poor customer service and attitude, but for some reason I always return for the food. I am however appalled at the experience that I received on yesterday. We arrived in the drive thru and there were 2 others cars ahead of us. I had to give my order multiple times because the person was not properly recording the order. She then informed me that they only had wings and breasts and I was ok ok with this. Once I got to the register, I paid the $32.44 with $40 and was given change of $7.56. I received my bag of food, which consisted of 2 small boxes (biscuits and large fries), one large box (included 9 pieces of chicken (4 breasts and 5 very small wings). I counted them and let the person at the window know that I only had 9 pieces of chicken (I ordered a 10 piece). I told the woman to please issue me a breast of chicken to complete the order. A darker skinned lady in the back said, "they must have eaten the chicken because I know I gave them an extra box of chicken", She then comes to the window and says again that she is sure I have another box of chicken somewhere. I showed her what was given to me and she still disputed. The manager approached and basically allowed her to do this with no direction or input. After feeling like my money doesn't count, I asked for my money back and gave them their food. The manager never apologized, the person at the counter/window did say "just give the lady her piece of chicken". That was the only sane response I remember from the 5 -10 minute dispute over one piece of chicken.
Desired outcome: DESIRED OUTCOME - Write ups for all EE's involved and customer service training for ALL Popeyes EE's as this happens all too frequently.
