Treated very poorly at one of petco stores. I usually shop at online with them, and Never have I been disappointed in a store like I have been now. It's the first time I've been to their pet store in the tarpon springs location on US19 to visit the vet Clinic. I had an appointment. They were late which yes was annoying but I understand and waited over an hour. Still fine. It wasn't until I found out that due to the rude staff up front when I ask, I'm going to need to reschedule 2 hr, this is really getting hard on me, the man had the nerve to say well lady good luck you won't fine anything better it's not that long. Suck it up. I'm disabled. You may not see it by looking at me, but I have lupus and RA. I hide it well, so standing any longer I was going to have to sit down. I don't even know why I have to explain this since that comment altogether was rude, regardless whoever that man was manning the front counter (? Manager) made me feel awful. He was rude. Condescending, somewhat sexist too. Since now, I have been reading other petco ratings at that location and can see it's not a one time thing. At least petsmart trains their employees to treat their customers nicely and with respect, but then again Petco doesn't care, do they.
Desired outcome: Nothing just want them to be aware of their hired help.
