I went today 12/05/2021 to Kohl's in Milton Ga, Store no. 1264.
I only purchased a shirt and a box of candy for a gift. I had a 25% off for using Amazon Return to Kohl's. The shirt was on sale for 10.49 and when the lady, who was extremely slow and made everyone wait for a very long time, finished I noticed the price shown was too high. I asked her if she had used the 25% off and she indicated that she only used it on the shirt because the candy did not qualified. I understood that, but still the total was too high and I asked her again if she was sure she was charging me the right prices. The lady who was Indian, did not seem to understand me and mumbled something that I did not understand.
I paid and started leaving, but stopped to read the ticket and I noticed she had charged me twice the same item.
I went back furious and I told her that I had make sure she knew what she was charging me and she did not care because if she had, she would have noticed that she was charging me two shirt instead of one.
Next, I asked for the manager and she refunded the difference.
However, I had not only to wait for the inconvenience she created, but when I checked my bank online, the refund was not there.
The problem with Kohl's is that all the personnel are from India and we are in AMERICA.
This is a shame that you are giving jobs to foreigners, incompetent people who are not doing the job right.
I for one, will never go back to Kohl's.
If I go to a store, I want to make sure that is AMERICAN, not foreign.
